William C. Witting has directed the development of more than US$1 billion of real estate projects. Projects have included hospitals, nursing homes, retirement facilities, professional office buildings and clinics, apartments and condominiums, low income housing, tennis clubs, shopping centers, office buildings, retail properties and land development. Witting's development experience spans 31 years and 21 states and his real estate career has included association with some of the nation's largest developers and owners. Project work has included site selection and acquisition, permitting and entitlements, master planning, functional and design programming, market analysis, financial feasibility study, joint-venture structuring, financing and securitization, program and project management, leasing, and sales.

Mr. Witting graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and received the Master of Business Administration degree from The George Washington University. Bill Witting's continuing education in finance, project management and diverse real estate specialty areas provides a comprehensive background in numerous technical real estate areas and support a record as educator and public speaker on a variety of real estate related topics. In addition to acting as instructor for the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in national courses leading the CCIM designation, Bill acted for eight years as a senior instructor for the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute in its national courses and was an author of both the basic and the financial structuring and tax courses. He has instructed courses leading to NASD registration as both securities representative and principal, and for several years maintained registration as a principal. Bill has presented seminars and programs on technical real estate topics before more than 150 audiences across the USA.

The recipient of numerous professional awards and honors, Bill Witting has twice been recognized nationally with Creative Structuring and Transaction of the Year awards. Bill was awarded the professional designations or certifications of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM), the Project Management Institute (PMP), the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute (SRS), the Real Estate Investment Association (SRI), and was designated a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) by the National Association of Realtors. During his real estate career of three decades, Bill has held a long list of elected national, regional and state directorships and offices as well as committee chairmanships in the many organizations of which he has been a member. During the critical years of the banking and thrift industry, 1987-89, he acted as Chairman of the REO Task Force of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of the National Association of Realtors. His articles have appeared in the Commercial Investment Real Estate Journal, Real Estate Securities Journal, The Washington Investor, Puget Sound Investor, and the Industrial Real Estate Journal. Bill, himself, was recognized in the article, The Best and Brightest, in the Commercial Investment Real Estate Journal, Fall, 1991, Volume X, Number 4.

In addition to a background as developer and educator, for more than twenty years Bill Witting has provided financial and general real estate advisory services contributing to the successful outcome of dozens of projects. In a counselor or consultant capacity, Bill Witting has served financial institutions, government agencies, business, developers and investors.
